Process
Our methodology is based on an analytical approach. We record and inventory movable assets using the most advanced technological solutions (radio frequency “RFID UHF”, Mobile App). We continuously feed the inventory, simplifying its update and eliminating the need for extraordinary reviews.
At the end of the service, we deliver a procedural model to manage the inventory through a technological labeling system.
This provides the Authority with a dynamic tool to perform analyses, define strategies, and effectively manage and enhance available resources.
From Compliance to Resource
The harmonization of public administration reporting processes, in line with Legislative Decree 118/2011 and the accrual accounting principles, aims to consolidate and standardize the quality and quantity of information contained in annual inventories. Having accurate knowledge of resources—their condition and their location—creates the opportunity to define and implement strategies for the enhancement and protection of local assets, particularly the Authority’s extensive cultural heritage.
